DAYS ONE TO THREE

Discover Marrakesh’s Living Heritage

Marrakesh is a study in vibrant contrasts, with copper light at dawn, bustling, labyrinthine lanes, and the hush of hidden gardens. With your private guide, you glide through the city’s history: Bahia Palace with its cedar latticework and mosaics; Majorelle Garden with its palms, cactus spines and cobalt geometry. You also have a day at leisure to wander the souks, pause in shaded courtyards, or linger over lunch on a rooftop above the medina.

DAYS FOUR TO FIVE

Explore Atlas Mountain Life

You ascend into the foothills where terraced fields and olive groves unfold in quiet succession. The Ouirgane Valley rewards those who travel slowly with gentle paths linking Berber villages, the scent of woodsmoke, and walnut trees bowing over stone paths. During your guided walk, you stop in a family home for mint tea and warm, hand-formed bread, gaining a clear window into rural life and the traditions shaped by these mountains.

The next morning, you take part in a hands-on cooking class alongside Berber women. You grind spices, prepare vegetables from the valley, and build a traditional tagine, its slow simmer reflecting the pace of the mountains themselves.

DAYS SIX AND SEVEN

Embrace Desert Stillness

The land descends and flattens, shifting to pale stone and open sky. The Agafay Desert is defined by space with clean horizons, warm winds, and a silence you can feel. As dusk approaches, the light softens into silver and sand-rose tones. Dinner is served outdoors, firelight drawing a circle in the darkness while the stars settle overhead. It is a moment of pause before returning to the world beyond.
